Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the email address you give us on macrofrog.com. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

MacroFrog is responsible for your data (the data fiduciary). You can reach us at privacy@macrofrog.com.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The date and time you gave consent, and the version of this notice you agreed to.

That is all. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Why we collect it

Only to tell you when MacroFrog launches. We will not use your email address for anything else, and we will never sell it or share it for marketing.

Where it is kept

In our own database, hosted by Cloudflare, which processes it on our behalf and only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Until you withdraw your consent, or six months after launch, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask what data we hold about you, and get a summary of it;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you cannot;
• raise a grievance with us. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This sign-up is only for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please do not sign up.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the version and date above. If a change affects how we use your email address, we will ask for your consent again.
